An unpainted resin kit of a well-to-do medieval town house comprising of a ground floor, first floor, attic space, roof and separate chimney.
 
The kit has simple interiors to allow access for expanded gameplay.
 
Each upper floor projects 10mm over the lower and there is an option for a jetty detail to enhance the look of the building.
 
Walls are nominally 5mm thick and the interior height of each floor is around 36-37mm.
